Extra-curricular Clubs – Summer Term 2025

We would like to inform you about the extracurricular clubs that will be available for your child at St Mary’s. These clubs serve as a valuable addition to their educational experience and offer opportunities for personal growth and development.

Clubs will commence next week (week beginning Monday 28 April 2025) and run until Thursday 10 July . All clubs are after school 3.15 – 4.20pm unless stated otherwise.

Please note that spaces in these clubs are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure your child's place in the desired club(s), we kindly ask that you sign up using ParentPay. The sign-up period will commence on Friday 25 April at 10:00am and will close on Sunday 27 April at 23:59 pm.

It is essential to complete the sign-up process within this specified period to avoid disappointment.

To access the sign-up portal on ParentPay, please log in to your account using your unique login details. Once logged in, you can use the instructions below to book the club:

Select your child’s name
Click on the three horizontal lines in the top left hand corner
Select ‘clubs’
Book the clubs you require
Repeat for each child
